The other day I had a hearing appointment to get new hearing aids.
They're pretty cool haha, as cool as hearing aids can get anyway.
They have bluetooth so they're both connected and I can get this thing where I use my aids as headphones through bluetooth... cost $90 but I'm defs doing it as that would be amazing.
The lady was impressed with my audiology knowledge and she let me fiddle and set the hearing aids to how I liked them... was great fun ;)

How different were your previous hearing aids eg make, colour etc? What caused your hearing loss?

Haha not much difference... main difference being the quality... the new ones are 12 channel whereas old ones 2 channel and have omnidirectional microphones etc.
I was born deaf. Shit genetics.
